Brisbane City Council’s Brisbane City Plan 2014 (City Plan) amendment v22.00/2021 has commenced on 03 September 2021. This amendment changes specific Camp Hill zonings and updates heritage and character provisions.
The amendment package will affect existing rights of dwellings within the amended area and will impact any new dwellings or extension/alteration works. In addition, new Pre-1911 buildings have been added to the Overlay.
